Shipping policy

Shipping procedure:

Shipping times are applied at the time of email confirmation of the order, subject to available stock. Shipping will be done within a maximum of 30 working days. If the user does not receive their order after this period, they reserve the right to cancel the contract and inform Sapierra through their customer service email contact@sapierra.com or by registered letter.

We ship your orders internationally, specifically where our partner Colissimo allows us. The list of serviced countries is constantly evolving, so we recommend that you check directly with Colissimo if you are having trouble validating your delivery address.

In case the product is unavailable, the user will be informed as soon as possible, and an amicable solution will be considered.

For Metropolitan France, delivery is free for purchases over €100.

For Europe, French Overseas Departments and Switzerland, delivery is free for purchases over €150.

For the United Kingdom, delivery is free for purchases over €200.

For amounts below these thresholds, shipping costs vary depending on the shipping zone:

Metropolitan France: €7 Europe + Switzerland: €18 Maghreb: €25 United Kingdom: €20 International (other continents): €35 (between 0 and 1kg) / €45 (1kg and more).

Return procedure:

We have a 14-day return policy, counted from the receipt of your item.

The customer must attach the proof of purchase and the designation of the product concerned with their request. If the return has not been announced by the customer, a gift card will be automatically created and sent to the customer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it. The items must not be worn, washed, or damaged. They must be returned with their labels and in their original packaging.

Refunds may take 3 to 10 business days to appear on your bank account once processed.

This only applies to items purchased on www.sapierra.com.

No refunds or credits will be issued before the returned products are received.

We do not provide exchanges. If the purchased size does not suit you, we invite you to return your order for a refund and then reorder the desired size.

No refund will be made with installment payment.

The customer is responsible for the cost of a return shipment unless the return is necessary due to an error on our part.
